My Approach
I believe the best results don’t come from doing more, they come from doing the right things consistently.
Training should support your life, not take it over.
That’s why I combine running, strength, and recovery into a structured approach that helps you improve without burning out.
Why I coach
Running has the ability to build confidence, clarity, and resilience but only when it’s approached in the right way.
I’ve seen how many people struggle with either doing too much too soon, or not knowing where to start at all.
Coaching allows me to simplify that process and help people move forward with confidence.
My Story
My journey into health and performance is both personal and professional.
Over the years, I’ve experienced the highs of training and competition, but also the challenges that come with physical and mental setbacks.
Losing my dad at 54 and my father-in-law at 58 shifted my perspective on health completely. It made me realise that performance means very little without longevity.
That’s what drives me now, helping people build strength, consistency, and habits that last.
